Spray Painting Tip - Tin Foil

I found a set of two pots with artificial flowers at a recent yard sale.  I love the yellow flowers, but not the green pots.  They were only $1 (for both), so I decided to buy them with hopes that I would be saved by spray paint.

I covered the flowers with aluminum foil before I painted the pots.  This tip works so well because foil conforms to any shape and doesn't require taping.  It also didn't distort or crush the flowers at all.

I used Valspar spray paint.  I raved yesterday about how much I loved this paint!

The finished result is a smooth finish pot and crisp yellow flowers.  These pots hang on the wall next to my Wine Cork Initial.
