I saved all our toilet paper and paper towel rolls for several weeks before the shower, and used them to make napkin rings.
I cut each toilet paper roll into smaller, 2" wide "rings". I simply wrapped a 3" wide piece of hot pink ribbon around each "ring", and secured it with hot glue. Then, I took a smaller, 1/8" piece of green ribbon, glued it down and tied it in a bow.
Once dry, I put a napkin and the appropriate flatware in each ring. It made the serving line go faster, too, since everyone didn't have to grab napkins and flatware seperately. It was so easy and added a lot to the decorations!
Simple. Practical. Sweet. Beautiful.

I have a ton of toilet paper rolls that I was going to use to make that wall hanging http://www.designspongeonline.com/2009/11/diy-project-toilet-paper-roll-wall-art.html but this idea is so adorable! I will have to try it! Great job!!!
